A very quick response to initial call to quote for TV aerial and wiring to be replaced and additional connections added. Not only were Mark's prices better than other quotes we obtained (as a small business he is not registered for VAT which helps), but he was also the only company we spoke to who offered to test the existing equipment to see exactly what needed replacement. He had hoped to reuse the same aerial but a test confirmed poor signal strength and once it was removed, significant corrosion to the covered parts was evident. This process gave us great confidence that he will offer value for money as most other companies had simply advised 'replace everything' and quoted as such. The new cables that were fitted required drilling through walls; this was done with minimal fuss and very little mess; the holes were filled and made good afterwards. In summary, a friendly and helpful tradesman who works to a high standard and offers excellent value for money. A pleasure to deal with and I would definitely use him again.
